MIA Reynoso is a Senior, Classical Pilates Instructor since 2004.  She also teaches Yoga.  Prior to her teaching Pilates, she was a massage therapist.  Her wisdom, and knowledge of the human body is endless!  MIA’s style to teaching Classical Pilates stays true to the method, with her unique, flair as a bonus!  You will feel the difference in your body, just after one session of working with her.
